主要工作内容及职责： Main Responsibilities: 1.根据零件工艺图纸选择适合的刀具，使用UG或相关软件进行零件数控车床和加工中心程序的编制； selec the tool according parts drawing, design CNC program for turning machine and machining center with UG or equivalent programing software. 2.新产品报价阶段进行零件数控仿真加工得出零件加工节拍，为报价工程师提供必要的技术支持； Simulate CNC program when new part quotation obtain part production cycle time, give essential support to production cost calculation engineer. 3.现有产品车削加工程序的优化，保证加工节拍满足成本计算预定节拍及工艺稳定性； Improve present product turning CNC program, ensure cycle time reach time in calculation. 4.管理现有产品数控加工程序，程序发行后并负责将程序转移至生产部门提供相应支持； Manage present CNC program, after program release transfer program to production and give support. 5.与工艺工程师合作进行产品加工工艺持续改进，降低生产成本； Work together with process engineer to improve process and cost reduction. 6.部门领导布置的其他工作。 Other task from department leader.任职资格条件及技能要求： Position Requirements: 1.机械相关专业大专及以上学历； College degree or above in mechanical or related discipline； 2.从事数控车床及加工中心编程至少5年以上；熟悉EMAG数控车床优先考虑； Minimum 5 years working experience in CNC program design for turning machine and machining center, familiar with EMAG turning machine is preferred； 3.熟练应用计算机辅助软件进行数控程序车床设计及仿真,如UG 或MasterCAM； Skilled in CNC program design and simulate with CAD software for turning, such as UG and MasterCAM; 4.英语可进行日常口语交流。 Daily oral communication.此岗位由Gear BU（齿轮事业部）发布，有意向者请发邮件至：jt_zhaopin@koepfer.cn，谢谢！ 职位联系方式 公司名称：埃马克(中国)机械有限公司公司地址：江苏省金坛市经济开发区南环二路2888号 传真：公司主页：
