VDI Turret (STD / OPT)
?The multi-function turret is equipped with vertical (metrics system; imperial system) or VDI turret. It provides various tool capacities (for 8, 10, or 12 tools) and fast tool positioning. The VDI turret can operate in both directions and can selec the shortest cutting path to improve productivity by reducing tool changeover time.
Automatic Tool Measuring System (OPT)
?The tool is program controlled and automatically touches the measuring probe to accomplish the setup process. It sufficiently reduces the setup time and automatically compensates the wear out of tools. With optional Tool Life Management System, you can set up the allowance of maximum wears which would either halt operations or switch to the spare tool.
Auto Rod Stock Feeding Device
?It is equipped with an automatic rod stock feeding system to reduce labor and increase efficiency.
Square Slider
?The square slider is hardened to reduce resistance. The automatic lubrication system provides high accuracy and long service life.
Separate Transmission Gear Box and Shaft
?The shaft fits out high precision SP grade special bearing and high rigidity design. The special lubricant prevents distortion caused by heat and ensures rigidity and accuracy of the shaft. The shaft equipped with unique cooling system, it would more effectively control thermal deformation due to temperature rise on the shaft during long time high speed operation. So that its high speed and heavy-duty cutting characteristics reach to the ultimate.
