XYJ-2003数控球笼窗口磨床

该铣床是用于等速万向节球笼保持架冲出窗口后的铣加工专用机床。

其结构特点为：

双铣削头分别铣削球笼窗口的两工作面，精度稳定；

采用预载的滚动滚动导轨，精度高、刚性大；

采用液动工件夹紧装置，夹紧可靠，操作省力;

可自磨夹具定位端面。消除夹具误差。

The machine is a specail precision machine tool for milling the punching window of a same-rate universal joint sphere cage holder and its feature of the machanism as follow

Specification:

Two milling head mill up and down side of the window of sphere cage respe ctively and keep a steady precision.

By adopting pre-load ball liner guide,the machine works in high precision,good rigidity and long life.

Using hydraulic workpiece clip device for ensuring clip tight and operate laborsaving.

Can grind clamp orientation end side and eliminate clamp error.
