该设备属于一种定长开料的管类设备，主要用于按照设定尺寸，分切各种尺寸，各种壁厚的铜管和铝管。根据不同的后续加工需要，“旋转无屑切割”或者“高速锯片切割”，任意可选。
操作简单，管材切口整齐，平滑，无毛刺。
配备“双向动力放料架”，具有气动刹车功能，保证送管放料与切管的同步性，能否有效防止料盘因惯性作用而造成突然放料过长，过快，而损伤管材的现象，进一步保证了管类的分切质量。
