CKG4860机床是我公司结合国内外同类产品优良的特点而加以改进、研发出来的高新产品。该类机床造型新颖、起点高，属于高精密数控机床。具有人机界面优越及保持性和稳定性可靠等特点。
该类机床设计为30º倾斜式整体床身，配有日本产数控系统或国内知名品牌数控系统，电气元件采用德国施耐德产品，配有台湾产线型导轨和滚珠丝杠，液压元件、卡盘、刀塔均采用台湾产产品，主轴单元系我公司自主研发的NP系列高速精密动静压主轴组系。
该机床适合加工轴、盘、套、接头类零件，产品加工的圆度≤1.5µm表面粗糙度可达Ra0.4µm、尺寸精度IT6、X/Z定位精度0.008mm/0.008mm、重复定位精度±0.002mm/±0.002mm，可实现“以车代磨”。

The main shaft unit is NP series hydrostatic& dynamic system designed by our company own.
This machine tool is suitable for processing parts like shafts, plates, kits, connectors, roundness ≤1.5μm, surface roughness reaches Ra0.4μm, dimensional accuracy IT6, X/Z direction locating accuracy 0.008mm/0.008mm, repeated locating accuracy 0.002mm±0.002mm. So, in many ways, this lathe machine can process the products as good as a grinding machine.
