该款机床z轴采用双山型滑动导轨，并配备主轴加强型弹簧夹头及卡盘等多种装置选配，在具备高精度的基础上，真正满足刚性要求高，加工范围大的自动化加工需求。可特别配置动力刀具和Cs轮廓控制加工功能。丰富的柔性加工组合使“复合加工=一次装夹”在排刀式车床上成为可能。

小型CNC排刀式车床的最大优势在于刀具呈梳式排列，换刀高速准确，能够大幅度节省加工时间。

采用北村特有的高精度主轴、高加速伺服电机及配合最新式的高速CNC控制系统，比以往更加缩短了工作时间。另外北村精湛的传统刮研技术及超精研磨工艺，确保了高精度高稳定性的使用状态。作为标准规格的0.1µM的NC指令，可以实现更加完美的锥度及圆角R的加工。

燕尾式滑动导轨
X轴导轨采用高品质铸铁经淬火、磨削、刮研处理，极度延长导轨面的精度保持时间，达到机床精度长期稳定。

Z轴采用双山型滑动导轨，真正满足刚性要求高，加工范围大的自动化加工。

合理的排刀结构
合理的排刀结构，充足的刀具安装空间，在刀架上可以安装钻孔、攻丝、镗孔、车外圆、车削螺纹、切断等精密加工刀具。

XKNC-100G

The CNC lathes have a Z-axis of double “ v” slide rail, and have multiple options of components including spring collect and chuck, ect. They can carry out the automatic machining of high rigidity and large work range with high precision available. Driving tool and CS contouring function are optional. Flexible combanation of work makes possible “ combined machining at a time of loading” in bang tool lathes.

High speed

The best advantage of the gang lathe is high-speed lool reaching. It changes the tools high speed and accuracy enable to save machining time.

High –precision

the unique high-precision main spindle of KITAMURA MACHINE WORKS is well known. However, we reduced the cycle time by adoption of high acceleration servo motor and latest high-speed CNC, compang to the former model. Without compromise. We have improved the “ scraped finish” that can only be achieved with traditional KNC technology and craftsmanshi. We provide you with the most stable precision for many years. Furthermore, an NC order 0.1μM comes standard, smoother taper/R processing was made possible.

Dovetail sliding guide rial

x-axis guide rail adopts the high quality cast iron with quenching, grinding and scraping treatment, which will prolong the precision retaining period of the guide ail surface and keep the stable precision of machine tool for a long time.

Doble –V- shape sliding guide rail

Z-axis adopts the double-v- shape sliding guide rail which can meet the rigid requirement, and the automatic machining with large working range.

Proper permutation structure

The machine is equipped with the proper mutation structure and sufficient tool installation space the precise machining tools for drilling, thread tapping, internal boring, turning radial drilling threading and cutting can be installed in the tool post.
