我公司生产的两线防爆压力变送器具有现场指示和远传输出两个功能，两部分各自
相互独立，显示部分为一波登管压力表，压力传感器和相应的电器组成两线压力变送器的输
出部分。此产品被广泛应用于石油、化工、炼钢、化纤、制药等行业。
此产品为本质安全防爆型产品。是根据GB3836-83《爆炸性环境用防爆电器设备的
有关规定》设计制造的，并通过国家指定的防爆检验部门检验，其防爆合格证编号为
GBY91158。
防爆标志为：ExibIICT5（853简易型无防爆证）
变送器与装在控制室里的关联设备或安全栅配套使用组成本质安全型防爆系统。
YSZA防腐型适用于对腐蚀性的气体或液体的测量。
YSZA简易型仪表内可充油，应用在有振动的场所。
本仪表还可以通过配接化学密封隔离体，用于对具有较强腐蚀性且黏度较大易结晶
的液体的测量。

外型结构及安装方式
压力变送器应尽量安装在温度梯度和温度波动小的测压点上，同时还要避免考虑到振动和冲击的影响。变送
器应直接安装在测量点上，但强腐蚀性的或过热的介质不应与变送器直接接触，需配装化学密封组件或散热器等
进行隔离保护，再把取压口介质压力传输到变送器。

系统连接及调试
变送器在测量系统中的连接见图，建议电源电压Us选用24V。
二次仪表中采样电阻（负载电阻）RL的阻值选用250Ω。如果Us和RL选用别的数值，那么RL值不能超过

出厂前压力变送器已按订货要求调试合格，用户无需再做调整。长时间使用后如需重新标定，可分别调整
“调零电位器”和“调量程电位器”。压力量程的下限值对应于4mA，上限值对应20mA.（Z-调零电位器S-
调量程电位器）

安装
1.直接安装在测量点上（任意角度）。
2.尽量安装在温度梯度与温度波动小的测压点上，同时避免强振动和冲击。
3.室外安装时，尽可能放置于保护盒内，避免阳光直射和雨淋，以保持变送器性能稳定和延长使用寿命。
4.测量蒸汽或其它高温介质时，注意不要使变送器的工作温度超限。必要时，请安装散热器或其它冷却装置连
接。
5.安装时应在变送器和介质之间加装压力截止阀，以便检修和防止取压口堵塞而影响测量精度。在压力波动范
围大的场合还应加装阻尼器或压力缓冲装置。
