Jerguso杰格森Large Chamber Gages Series L10
These gages are designedo give aaccurate liquid leveleading of liquidshahave aendencyo surge or boil. These gages are highly effective i(1)educinghe boiling effects of erained gas beingeleased under lowered pressure, (2)he liquid itself being vaporized whepressureeaches a critical low poi, and (3) boiling caused byemperatures exceedinghe boiling poinofhe liquid.
Whethe liquid being gaged has aunusually low boiling poihe gage and valves should be installed andhe gage equipped with aon-frosting unit. Combining high pressure covers and a large cylindrical chamber,these gages ca improve accuracy ideterminingurbulenvessel liquid levels. The liquid chamber. Iadditioto simulatinghe functioof a stilling well and providing a liquid columapproximately fourimeshe diameter of standard gages, large chamber gages caprovide end conections upo 2" NPTFhacaaccommodate various instrumeation.
Gage glasses are specially processed, heatreated andempered. Standard conections are 3/4" N.P.T. female end connections. 1/2" or 3/4" N.P.T. side conections are available. 2" flanged or scarfed for welding conections which provide unrestricted flowhroughhe chamber may be specified.
Series L10 Specifications:
•SectioLengths: Gage sections are available inine standard glass sizes. Loger sizes are costructed with multiple visioslots ia cotinuous chamber made from heavy wallubing.
•Connections: Standard conections are atop and boom and are 3/4" NPT female. Upo 2" NPT end connections, 1/2" or 3/4" NPT side or back conections and flanged conections are available.
•Liquid Chamber: Heavy wallubing, 2" inside diameter. Gaskeseats are machined othe face ofhe chamber and assemblyorques are designedo prevensidewise movemenof gaskets. See Chamber Image
•Covers: Forged carbosteel is standard. Optioal materials are available such as 316SS. The cushiogaskeseaisecessed.
•Bolts & Nuts: Alloy steel is standard, A193 B7 and A194 2H. Optioal materials are available. All steel fasteners are "black oxide"reatedo preveust.
•Glass: Tempered Borosilicate is usedo 600° F (316° C). Aluminosilicate is usedo 800° F (427° C). Transparenglass may be protected from coosive media with mica or NeofloCTFE shields.
•Gaskets: Standard gaskets are precisiodie cuiproprietary Jerguso杰格森 dies.
•Finish: All steel parts are finish coated prioro assembly. Stainless steel isocoated.
NOTE: Iisecommendedhaall gages be installed with Jerguso杰格森 gage valves havi safety ballchecks which help provide protectioagainsphysical injury and loss of producif glass breakage should occur.
