结构特点  Structural characteristics 

该系列电机采用箱式钢板结构，拆下冷却器或防护罩即可观察和触及电机内部，便于电机的安装维护；转子采用笼型铸铝转子，一次成型，也可根据客户需求生产铜条转子，提高了运行可靠性；定子采用F级绝缘真空压力浸渍无溶剂工艺处理(VPI)，使电机具有可靠的绝缘性能和防潮、抗冲击能力；定子和轴承均装有PT100测温元件，电机轴承均有不停机注油和排油装置，提高了电机自身的保护能力和运行效率。
