2 试验结果及分析
2.1 抗裂性试验
从表1中可以看出该合金的Al含量很高,并且含有少量的Ti,主要通过γ,相(Ni3Al)沉淀强化。因此从焊接热循环作用的角度看,合金属难焊合金,具有较高的裂纹敏感性。因此先进行了不同焊接和热处理组合方案下裂纹敏感性对比,以指导后期焊接试验工作。抗裂性试验采用十字形试样,试验结果见图1 和表3。从表3可见不同热处理和焊接方案组合的抗裂性相差较大,固溶处理或完全热处理后焊接,合金的抗裂性较好;固溶处理、焊后再对接头进行完全热处理,焊接接头的裂纹有所扩展;而焊前完全热处理,焊后再完全热处理对裂纹基本无影响。综合考虑合金不同状态下的抗裂性和合金、接头的性能,采取焊前固溶处理20min,焊后再完全热处理的试验方案。试验结果表明该处理方案对基体材料无不利影响。

2.2 接头性能
焊后经完全热处理,去除焊缝余高,测试焊缝的拉伸性能和高温持久性能,所有试样均断于焊缝。试验结果见表4和表5。其中HGH718焊丝的焊缝室温强度为基体材料的92%,650℃的强度为基体的96%,同时具有较好的塑性;而HGH738焊丝的焊缝室温强度为基体材料的85%,650℃的强度为基体的92%,塑性均低于HGH718。从焊缝金属的高温持久性能也可看出,HGH718焊丝优于HGH738焊丝。因此应采用HGH718焊丝焊接GH783合金。

2.3 接头组织观察和断口分析
焊接接头经固溶、时效热处理之后,铸态的枝晶组织已扩散。两种焊丝的焊缝金相组织无明显区别(见图2),晶粒粗大,析出相主要沿枝晶分布。
图3为拉伸断口形貌。从图(a)、(b)可见HGH718焊丝的接头沿焊缝中枝晶间撕裂,断口上韧窝较深,且撕裂棱明显,并在撕裂棱可见明显的小韧窝;而从图(c)可见HGH738焊丝的断口为塑性、脆性混合断裂,其中大部分区域为韧窝状断口,但其间分布有不少脆性断裂区。由图(d)可见其脆性断裂区断口没有明显的撕裂棱,而是一些大小不同的解理平面,因而焊缝强度和塑性低。

3 结论
